Also known as painter of Carlo Torre or Pseudo Fardella has been a leading painter in Lombardy in the second half of the seventeenth century. The correct identification of the name of Angelo Maria Rossi was recently solved by Alberto Crispo thanks to the discovery of a work signed A.M.R.
