Remo Brindisi (Rome, 1918 - Lido di Spina, 1996). He studied in Pescara, L'Aquila, Rome and at the Urbino School of Art. He made numerous trips, at the end of which he moved to Milan. In 1940 he held his first solo exhibition, the catalog of which was introduced by Eugenio Montale's presentation. He exhibits in Paris, Nice, Milan, Venice, Rome, Cairo, Sao Paulo, Brazil. He took part in numerous Venice Biennials and Rome Quadrennials and was president of the Milan Triennale. His recurring themes are figures, portraits, landscapes.
