Carlo Aimetti Biography
CARLO AIMETTI (Bisuschio, 1901 - Milan 1987) Pupil of Felisari at the Accademia Ambrosiana in Milan, he dedicated his entire life to landscape painting, painting mountains, lakes, seascapes, parks and gardens, flowers in their splendor with refined technique, but above all by interpreting, with an impressionistic vision and great love, his native places, between the Ceresio and Intelvi Valleys. Among Aimetti's talents, in addition to painting, we must remember his passion and sensitivity towards music: a master of playing the violin and the organ, he studied at the Milan Conservatory, where he distinguished himself in several concerts of sacred music.
