Active in Lombardy between 1894 and 1913. He studied in Milan where he began to exhibit, in the 1990s, landscapes taken from life (Studio dal vero, exhibited in 1894; Sull'Adda and Tramonto, exhibited in 1896). He was then registered among the painters resident in Lecco from 1898 until 1913, the year in which he took part in a collective exhibition organized by the local Chamber of Commerce. Traces of his production in those years, mostly Como views, remain in the Civic Museum of Lecco, which includes, among others, Landscape with Lake from 1906 and the more synthetic Ponte di Lecco from 1909.
