Loris Ferrari, pseudonym of Maria Luisa Ferrari, (Genoa, 1926 - Genoa, 1987), Genoese painter, daughter of Berto Ferrari, Ligurian artist, was introduced to painting by him. Ferrari exhibited his works for the first time in the Rotta gallery in Genoa in 1956. Among the solo shows of the following years we remember those in Milan, at the Montenapoleone Gallery, in Rome and Spoleto. He subsequently exhibited in an edition of the Festival dei Due Mondi, and held a solo show at the Brerarte in 1970, the year in which he exhibited his paintings again at the Galleria Rotta.
