(Campobasso, 1937).Landscape painter, he has always been characterized by an extremely material technique drawn liberally from Michele Cascella. He has always successfully used colors that combine warm and cold tones in a harmonious mix of beauty and naturalness. His landscapes are a continuous reference to his land, Campobasso and to places in his life such as the Varzi countryside where he still lives, in a stupendous villa surrounded by agricultural and woodland, with hundreds of cherry trees and roe deer and partridges (the master he is also a great hunter, killing almost 200 wild boars last year, and an expert cook). In 2008 he moved to America, to Los Angeles. He paints and trades his paintings in Carmel-by-the-Sea on the Monterey Peninsula.
