He was born in Samarate in 1928. Self-taught. He participated in group exhibitions in the 1950s and 1960s and presented solo exhibitions in the main Italian cities and abroad, receiving positive reviews from critics and, above all, enthusiastic reviews from the public. He appears in the most important Italian and foreign art publications from 1964 to 1995. In 1981 he publishes the monograph “A painting like this” (1940-1981), a volume of 430 pages with 500 mainly color illustrations.
