Alessandro Nastasio was born in Milan in 1934, a student first of Ibrahim Kodra and then of Aldo Salvatori at the Scuola del Nudo at the Brera Academy, where from 1966-67 he obtained the chair of painting and then taught it. Alessandro Nastasio was born in Milan in 1934, a student first of Ibrahim Kodra and then of Aldo Salvatori at the Scuola del Nudo at the Brera Academy, where from 1966-67 he obtained the chair of painting and then taught it. His attendance at the Atelier Giorgio Upiglio first and at the MAF and De Andreis foundries put him in contact with the major European artists. It has been operating since the 1970s with exhibitions and reviews in public and private spaces, obtaining the approval of the most qualified critics. His collaboration with well-known architects is also lively regarding the design and execution of numerous works of sacred art throughout Italy and abroad. His works appear in the most important museums in the world.
