Olivieri Claudio (Rome, 1934) Claudio Olivieri studied at the Brera Academy, orienting himself towards the informal. In 1959 he exhibited for the first time with Enrico Della Torre at the British School in Bologna. His artistic style is characterized by the use of chromaticism that translates into the expressive intensity of light and by the surface of the works, structured in complex stratifications. His paintings are crossed by multiple chromatic trails, which create a sensation of fluidity, bringing the works to the threshold of disappearance. The artist participated in the Venice Biennale in 1966, 1986, 1980 and 1990.
