Giuliano Ottaviani attended the School of Art in Perugia and obtained a diploma from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan. He soon began to take an interest in Switzerland and in Zurich the gallery owner Her Bolag purchased some of his works for his own private collection. Ottaviani lived between Switzerland and Italy until 1976, dedicating himself totally to the artistic field and holding numerous personal exhibitions.
