Giuseppe Pesa was born in Polistena on 11/1/1928 and died in his native Polistena on 05/20/2000. He began painting at a very young age, attending his first art courses in Naples and Rome. As a painter in 1949 he exhibited for the first time. once in Rome; he proposed himself in Reggio Calabria and has actively entered the national circuits and international art life, he has worked exhibited in Germany, and in Scandinavia where he approached himself as a popular artist, since 1980 where he is particularly esteemed by German collectors. The Atelier Gallery of Vienna used his works to establish his business in 1989. He spent his life in Milan and Camogli (Genoa) where he left unforgettable views of those places, a series of works, many revising images, drawn diagonally between the sea and landed, and a transparency of the prestigious waters.
