Pugliese Enotrio (Buenos Aires, 1920 - Pizzo, 1988) Enotrio Pugliese was the "Calabrian" painter who painted this region more than any other. In 1926 he returned to San Costantino Calabro and remained there until 1939, before enrolling in the faculty of chemistry in Rome. He had his first exhibition in 1946 in the “Del Cortile” Gallery, with a series of watercolor drawings on the Fosse Ardeatine. He held numerous other exhibitions throughout Italy and in the most important galleries, up to the anthology in the Sala Borromini in Rome in 1995. He participated in various exhibitions and many of his works are preserved in the headquarters of the Italian Parliament, in museums, art galleries and important collections. He also dedicated himself to engraving, favoring above all the xylography technique.
