Agostino Zaliani Biography

On 18 November 1932 Agostino Zaliani was born in Pavia. He studied surveying. He settled in Milan, his interest in drawing dates back to his youth. He himself recalls that he has “always drawn everything. I made many India inks which especially depicted the city. I also painted five or six oil paintings." He works as an official at the Municipal Energy Company of Milan. In 1976 he began engraving etching plates.
