The Venetian baron Alessandro R. de C, Albrizzi (1934-1994) opened his first of many stores worldwide in 1968 at One Sloan Square in London. With panache and sophistication he translated the spirit of swinging London into a line of furniture and objects that were right for the times. Albrizzi designed furniture and objects in a wide variety of styles, classical, baroque, Bauhaus and others. Fortunately, his vast knowledge and love of classic furniture allowed him to sensitively design a line that has transcended that dizzying period and is now a classic modern design.
