Roberto Amade' Biography
Roberto Cappella, real name of Roberto Amadè, was born in Vercelli on 3 April 1982. Graduated in Painting at the Albertina Academy of Fine Arts in Turin and son of a Professor of the Teatro Alla Scala in Milan, he released his debut album in 2010 , ALL THE ENCHANTS OF LIFE. In January of the same year he edited the soundtrack for the film "La terra nel Sangue" followed by the limited edition of the album. In July, however, he won the Bindi Prize with the song "A Arms Open". In 2011 he participated in the Sanremo Festival in the youth section, after having been selected among the ten winning singers of the 2010 edition of Area Sanremo, a competition that allows young and debuting voices to take part in the event, where he presented himself with "Come rain" . The song also passed the selection of the first performance at the Festival, being admitted to the final on Friday, where it finally placed third. An album with the same title was released at the same time. In February 2014 he participated as a painter in the collective "Opera prima at the "Palazzo Oddo" in Albenga curated by Pier Luigi Luise together with numerous famous contemporary artists such as Andy, Scanavino, Licata, Beuys. In October 2014 Amadè presented the Art Exhibition Personal exhibition "Never Forget" at Palazzo Ottolenghi curated by the Department of Culture of the City of Asti. In December 2014 he took part in the Art Exhibition "In my Secret Life" curated by the Critic Massimo Cotto together with the most important singers and songwriters on the Italian scene and worldwide; 150 works, paintings, but also drawings, collages, which tell an unusual trait of musicians and entertainment personalities. In the same period he published the international Video Art Project "Let's Feel Better" in which numerous internationally renowned artists participated January 2015 he was commissioned by the Government of Dubai to participate in the "ArtMob in Dubai" event, an artistic and musical exhibition that unites artists from different parts of the world such as Africa, America, Japan and Italy.
