Amisani Giuseppe (Mede Lomellina, 1881 - Portofino, 1941) Painter with extraordinary style and technique, especially in the use of colours, he was, together with Antonio Ambrogio Alciati, one of the most appreciated portraitists and fresco painters in the Milanese art scene of the time. He trained at the Brera Academy and participated in the Venice Biennale of 1920. He was also a world-renowned landscape and portrait painter and his works are also exhibited in international collections.
