Anonima Castelli Biography
Anonima Castelli was founded in 1877 by Ettore Castelli as a cabinet maker. After a gradual process of transformation, in the 1960s and 1980s the company gave life to one of the most vital and innovative projects in the world, collaborating with renowned Italian and international designers such as Emilio Ambasz, Rodolfo Bonetto, Nilo Gioacchini, Giancarlo Piretti, Charles Pollock, FA Porsche, Richard Sapper, Claudio Bellini, Michele De Lucchi, Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas, Gino Gamberini, Enzo Mari and Mario Ruiz.
Anonima Castelli's products soon became iconic and were chosen to furnish important presidential offices of banks and large industries. Even today, the company maintains a deep rooting in the history of design, testifying to a wealth of knowledge and intuition. Since 2019, a team of young talents has been dedicated to the re-edition of iconic products and the design of new design objects, capable of bringing back to current events that innovative tension and contemporary freshness that were the first values of the company, projecting them along new spaces exploratory.
