Armando Barabino (Genoa, 1838 - Genoa, 1970). He trained at the Linguistic Academy of Genoa and subsequently at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice. In 1922 he exhibited at the Brera National Art Gallery and in 1930 at the Venice Biennale, the following year he participated in the Rome Quadrennial. His subjects are mainly paintings of Ligurian landscapes from the 19th and 20th centuries with impressionist accents and a series of still lifes with elegant colours. Subsequently he dedicated a series of works to the sport of football. He will be a teacher at the Linguistic Academy of Genoa.
