Davide Baroggi is an Italian artist, born in 1974. He graduated from the Dudovich School of Graphics in Milan in 1997 in advertising executive graphics. The following year, in 1998, he attended the NABA Academy in Milan, where he graduated under the guidance of professor Claudio Olivieri. From 1999 to 2008, Baroggi collaborated with two art galleries: the Affiche Gallery in Milan and the Fiorella Pieri Gallery in Cesena. His artistic production focuses on the representation of acid, boundless and metaphysical landscapes, as well as brutal, angrily erotic, sensual and unaware nudes. Among his works, we also find urban scenes characterized by an almost prehistoric simplicity, black and infinite seas. His portraits are characterized by an intense internal research that leads them to dig to the center of being, reversing the colors and creating an effect of great visual impact.
