Giuseppe Belotti Biography
Born in Palazzolo sull'Oglio in 1935. He attended the Carrara Academy under the direction of prof. Achille Funi and prof. Trento Longaretti. He exhibited at important national and foreign exhibitions for young people and took part in impromptu competitions. He also participated in several group exhibitions, as a representative of contemporary Brescian painting. He lives in Palazzolo, where he resides. Among the exhibitions in which he participated, we remember: City of Bergamo Landscape Exhibition, Treviglio Award, Melzo Award, Trescore Award 1954 (reported), 1st City of Palazzolo Painting Award, Female Portrait Exhibition (reported), 1st Carrara Engraving Award , Milan Youth Meetings (reported), Collective exhibition at the Gallery of Modern Art in Rome, International Biennial of Gorizia 1955, City of Monza Award, City of Orzinuovi Award (reported) 1956-1957-1958, City of Dalmine Painting Award (reported ) 1956-1957, Francavilla al Mare Prize (Michetti 1957), Self-Portrait Exhibition (Milan 1957), S.
