Bossola Giorgio, (Modena, 1931 - 2015) was an Italian painter and engraver. Painter and engraver, he approached art from a young age as a self-taught person. In 1958 he moved to Ravenna, where his artistic culture continued to grow. In 1964 he moved definitively to Milan, where in 1974 his meeting with Augusto de Marsanich, owner of the "Il Cannocchiale" gallery in via Brera, was of great importance, allowing him to set up his first solo show in the Lombard capital and which becomes his merchant. He began his engraving activity in 1976, preferring the use of etching, aquatint and lithography techniques.
