Bruno Caraceni Biography
Ezio Bruno Caraceni (Chioggia, 4 July 1927 – Chioggia, 6 November 1986) was an Italian sculptor and painter. He took part in three editions of the Venice Biennale 1956, 1958, 1968, three editions of the Rome Quadrennial and one edition of the Tokyo Biennale. In 1960 the Bruno Caraceni exhibition Galleria Numero, Milan, 21 December. 1960 with presentation by Bruno Munari and Bruno Alfieri, the two exhibitions at the Galleria Il Cavallino in Venice in 1960 and 1968 with presentation by Maurizio Calvesi, the exhibition Caraceni or the Labyrinth, curated by Maurizio Calvesi at the Galleria Arte Centro, in Milan in 1969, in 1974 the A Brevetti exhibition at the SM 13 gallery in Rome, the Bruno Caraceni exhibition at Palazzo Regazzoni - Flangini - Biglia di Sacile December 2008 curated by Guido Bartorelli, the study conference on his work at the Friuli foundation 2009 , the exhibition Homage to Caraceni, a "removed" pioneer of the twentieth century in the municipality of Certaldo 2010.
