Andrea Cimatti (1964 - ) is an artist, painter by training and passion who lived abroad for 20 years between Mexico, the United States and England. After graduating from Cornell University in New York he taught art in international school circuits. Having returned to Italy in 1991 he dedicated himself to painting and illustration, exhibiting his works in Italy and abroad. Organizing his exhibitions, spreading his name and selling his paintings were fundamental experiences in his marketing training. During his activity as an artist, he also collaborates with some communication agencies, drawing illustrations with watercolors, tempera, ink and digital means such as Photoshop and Freehand. These experiences sparked his interest in graphic design. In the same period, at the end of the 90s, the Internet is slowly spreading and companies still don't know how to approach this new medium to enhance their brand. The enormous potential of the internet is not yet well understood, but Andrea Cimatti understands that a great opportunity for marketing lies precisely in the digital network. Andrea thus began studying coding, or computer programming. In fact, in 1992 he founded Cimatti Consulting which provides communication and marketing services. Since 2005 he has taken care of the corporate image of Itaca, for which he has graphically designed several traveling exhibitions.
