Antonella Cinelli was born in Teramo in 1973. After graduating from the Art School, she enrolled at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna where she graduated in painting in 1997. She currently lives and works in Bologna. It is part of the artistic movement of the "New Italian Figuration". His exhibition career began in 1993 and among the various exhibitions he has exhibited at the Museo della Permanente in Milan, at the Miseo Mazzucchelli in Brescia, at the Marino Museum in Florence and at the Miseo Aurum in Pescara. His works are present in various public and private collections including: Cassa di Risparmio di Teramo, Fondazione Carisbo di Bologna, Fondazione Vignato di Vicenza, Civic Museum of Vasto, Fondazione Fabbri di Bologna. In 2006 he won first prize for painting in the national art competition Premio Celeste. In 2011 she was invited to exhibit at the 54th Venice Biennale in the Italian pavilion. In 2012 she was invited to exhibit at the 2012 Vasto Prize "Paths of figuration today".
