Luigi Cobianco (Villanova Marchesana 1893 – Mestre 1967). He studied figure with Ettore Tito, landscape and nude in Venice and Rome. He stood out in landscapes with clear atmospheres, loose brushstrokes, curved lines that extend to the horizon. Cobianco participated in nine editions of the Venice Biennale and several Rome Quadrennials, exhibited La Masa at the Bevilacqua presented by Diego Valeri and entered the Ca'Pesaro collection. He taught at the Art School and at the Academy of Venice. Friend of Arturo Martini and Filippo De Pisis. In 1984 the Accademia dei Concordi dedicated a large retrospective to him at Palazzo Roncale with a volume edited by Ivo Prandin.
