Mario Crimella (1893 - 1964) was an Italian photographer and printer. He founded the Crimella Photographic establishment in Milan in 1925, in collaboration with Vincenzo Aragozzoni. Mario Crimella marked an important stage in the history of industrial photography in Italy in the 1930s, documenting the activity of some of the largest companies including SNIA Viscosa, Montecatini, Innocenti, Fiat, Philips and Pirelli. He has also created reports of particular emotional intensity such as the one on the Brefotrofio in Milan. The Crimella Photographic Establishment is present in the Historical Archive of the Fiera Milano Foundation with over 1200 images for a period of time ranging from 1934 to 1949.
