Mario Cusimano Artwork valuations, appraisals and auction estimates

Mario Cusimano was born in Palermo in 1980 and graduated in Communication Sciences from the "La Sapienza" University of Rome in 2006. During the years prior to obtaining his degree, he studied photography at the School of Arts and Crafts of Rome from 2002 to 2005.
Cusimano is known for constructing narrative sets for his conceptual genre photographs. His images range between the real and the dreamlike and explore important feelings such as loneliness, fears and melancholy.
He has participated in several exhibitions over the years, including the Contemporary Art exhibition "SENSUALIDAD" at the Galleria Civica P.zza S. Francesco in Enna in 2007, "ISTINTI RAGIONATI" in a double solo exhibition with Claudio Laureti at the Sala Exhibition of Palazzo Del Carmine in Caltanissetta in the same year, and "INTRUSO-PARALLELO" in a double solo show with Claudio Laureti at the Exhibition Hall of the X Municipality of Rome on the occasion of the Notte Bianca in 2007.
He has also participated in collective exhibitions, including "TRANSFORMERS" at the Galleria Dei Serpenti curated by Ivan Sabetti in Rome in 2007 and "GLI OCCHI NON VEDRANNO" on the occasion of the Roboterie at the "Monserrato Arte '900" Gallery in the Roman capital in the same year.
Cusimano also participated in the "APERITIVO D'ARTE" exhibition (Electronic Art Cafè) on occasions such as the presentation of the film "Face Addict" by Edo Bertoglio at "Camponeschi" in Rome in 2007 and the inauguration of the Rome International Photography Festival the same year.
Furthermore, he exhibited in a collective exhibition called "IL BELLO SEEN BY..." at the "Extra" curated by Francesca Sacerdoti in Rome in 2007.
