Vittorio De Sisti Biography
Vittorio De Sisti (1940 - 2006) was born in Derna, Libya, in 1940. He began his directorial career in 1965 as assistant director after graduating from the Experimental Center of Cinematography in Rome; he began his career as a director around the end of the sixties, specializing in the genre of Italian sexy comedy. In the first half of the eighties Vittorio De Sisti also moved into television directing, directing TV series on different themes, ranging from the noir genre to light comedy. Among his films as director, performer, screenwriter and editor, we remember: Love and Blood (1951), Sorry, She Knows Sex (1968), Naked England (1968), The Interrogation (1970), When Love is Sensuality (1973), Undress Protest kill (1974), Private lessons (1975), The substitute goes to the city (1979), Crimes and perfumes (1988), The Color of Victory (1989), Volare! (1997), Ghost Profession (1998).
