Mauro Drudi (1963 - ) was born in Cattolica, on the Adriatic coast, in December 1963. Initially he dedicated himself to oil painting and advertising graphics, but he abandoned everything together with his studies at the age of 20. Having completed his military service, he resumed studying and after a few years began painting and writing fiction, poetry and literary criticism. In the meantime he graduated in Languages. Together with Oliviero Toscani, Marco Morosini and the Balkan musician Goran Bregovich he writes the show entitled 'Amen' for Rai 2 concerning the three monotheistic religions. Since 2010 she has dedicated herself completely to painting, exploring the themes of women from many sides and the relationship between Renaissance art and other milestones in the history of world art and our time. In 2016 “HER – a pictorial reflection on women” is the subject of the degree thesis at the Faculty of Architecture of Florence. Starting from the 2000s, he began a series of voluntary activities: in 2002 he began teaching Spanish at the internal school of the Muraglia Hospital in Pesaro, a center specialized in the care of children suffering from leukemia and became director of 'Il Seme' , a solidarity cooperative that helps disadvantaged or less gifted people to enter the world of work. In the same year he founded the Popular Cultural Association MELODICA which organizes concerts with the best Italian jazz musicians.
