He studied art in various countries such as Norway and Italy and lived for a period of his life in Paris, Thailand and especially the Formentera islands where he created many of his works. Erró, pseudonym of Guðmundur Guðmundsson (Ólafsvík, 1932), is an Icelandic postmodernist painter. He studied art in various countries such as Norway and Italy and lived for a period of his life in Paris, Thailand and especially the Formentera islands where he created many of his works. In 1989 he donated many of his works to the Reykjavik Arts Museum. In 2010 he was accused of plagiarism by Brian Bolland for using one of his works.
