Otto Karl Heinrich Fritz Fedder was a German landscape painter, born on 29 September 1873 in Schwerin. Although he is an artist about whom little is known, some data on his life and his pictorial technique appear from the sources. He moved to Munich in 1895 and studied painting at the Munich Art Academy under Wilhelm von Diez and Eduard Grützner. He devoted himself mainly to romantic views, often depicting twilight or moonlit landscapes, using a landscape format.
Otto Fedder died on December 7, 1918, near Taubenberg.
