Vittorio Ferro, born in 1932, was a renowned master of Italian glass art. During his training, he learned techniques from his uncles, Armando and Amleto Zuffi, at the renowned Toso Brothers glassworks. After acquiring solid knowledge in the sector, Vittorio Ferro began working as a master glassmaker at this same company in 1952, continuing his activity until 1981.
Ferro's mastery was mainly manifested through the creation of some of the most valuable objects of Italian glass art, among which his famous Kiku vases stand out. These products, characterized by refined artistic beauty and impeccable manufacturing technique, consolidated Ferro's reputation as one of the most talented glass masters of his time. Vittorio Ferro passed away in 2012, leaving a legacy of artistic excellence in the field of Italian glass art.
