Flycat, born Luca Massironi, born in Milan in 1970. Historical exponent of the first generation of writers and hip hop artists in Europe, he approached the art of writing for the first time at the age of 13. Taking inspiration for his name from the Hanna & Barbera cartoon "Top Cat", he began to write his letters initially with small permanent markers and later moved on to using spray paints. In 1986, together with their friend Sher with whom they shared a passion for drawing, they created the crew "The Fabulous Sprayers", experimenting with three of the expressive forms of hip hop culture, namely breaking, graffiti writing and rap. , always preferring the pictorial form. In those years in Milan he met the New York artist A-One who introduced him to a new and deeper perception of writing. […] Under the guidance and teachings of Spyder-7, he begins to paint following the unwritten rules of this movement, and first the subway stations and then the carriages become a real precept. At Christmas 1991, during his first trip to New York, he met the pioneer of writing par excellence: Phase 2, with whom he developed a strong friendship, learning fundamental notions and techniques of style from him. In 1995 he was invited by Kase 2, pioneer and undisputed "king" of the writing scene, to join his historic crew: The Fantastic Partners, he introduced him to the style that made him famous in the world, the "Computer Roc Style".
