Ferdinando Forlay, born in San Felice sul Panaro (MO) in 1925, spent most of his working career at the Municipality of Bologna in the 1950s. Subsequently, starting from 1962, he held the role of chief engineer at the technical office of the Municipality of Imola. During his tenure in Imola, he coordinated and completed important projects, including the construction of the sports hall and the expansion of the Piratello cemetery. His expertise and professionalism have contributed significantly to the development and improvement of the city infrastructure of Imola.
