Naples, 1868 - Quinto al Mare (Genoa), 1938 He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples and carried out his apprenticeship with R. Santoro. He made his debut in 1888 at the exhibition for the centenary of the University of Bologna. In 1898 he was among the promoters of the 1st Italian Art Exhibition in St. Petersburg. He then went to England, where he worked mainly as a portrait painter for almost a decade. After returning to Italy, after the First World War he settled in Quinto where he lived and worked until his death.
