Founded in 1882, Gervasoni is currently managed by the third generation of the family with Giovanni and Michele Gervasoni. Originally from the province of Udine, the company, called "Premiata Società Friulana per l'Industria del Vimini", was initially a small artisan workshop specialized in wicker processing. In 1925, it passed into the hands of Giovanni Gervasoni and since then it has accompanied the Italian history of 20th century design. Today, it is a consolidated company in the furniture sector for both interiors and exteriors. Gervasoni crossed the new frontiers of avant-garde and innovation in the 90s thanks to the eclectic and unconventional creativity of Paola Navone, who created some of the most iconic collections and was its artistic director until 2020. Designers from from different backgrounds and experiences they work with Gervasoni to create collections that range widely in the world of interior and exterior furniture. The constant search for more suitable solutions for contemporary comfort leads the company to constantly explore new ways to give shape to its domestic universe, characterized by attention to detail and innovative manufacturing techniques that become expressive tools.
