Martine Goeyens was born in Belgium in 1953. She began her artistic education by studying with Master Lafaille, a renowned Belgian painter of the time. During this time, he learned the "en plein air" technique and showed great talent and creativity. In his art, nature is the protagonist and dominates without human presence, sometimes represented in a vase of flowers or in a village arranged around the houses. His style combines tradition and modernity and his colorful works convey strong emotions. Thanks to her international success, she has won numerous prestigious awards including the Best Painter "en plein air" award in Sainte Maxime of Provence Beyond (F) in 2001, the Capo Circeo Award in 2003 and the "Istria Arte" on the Croatian island by Krk in 2005. His works have been exhibited in important museums such as the Hudson Gallery in Detroit (USA), the Museum of Modern Art in Melbourn (Australia), the Tokyo National Museum and many others. He currently lives and works between Belgium and Italy.
