Hossein Golba was born in 1956 in Babol. He initially presented his work in Italy at the age of twenty, immediately making an impression in the art world internationally. In the 1980s, he collaborated with the Albisola ceramic factory "Fabbrica Casa Museo Giuseppe Mazzotti 1903", creating some ceramic works. He has held numerous personal exhibitions, including those at the Arcadia Nuova Gallery in Milan in 1995, the Angelo Savelli Center in Lamezia Terme in 1995, the San Carlo Gallery in Milan in 1995, the Extra Moenia in Todi in 1996, the Fattoria di Celle di Pistoia in 1996, the Marrana of La Spezia in 1997, the Art Front Gallery of Tokyo in 1998, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Cassino in 2000, the Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens of Florence in 2001, the Biennale of Singapore in 2006 and Gallery Tom in Tokyo in 2017. He currently lives and works between Tokyo and Milan.
