Alfio Graziani was born in Roncoferraro in 1900. He studied at the Brera Academy in Milan, under the guidance of the well-known artist Cesare Tallone and Ambrogio Alciati. Graziani dedicated himself mainly to landscape and flower production, also participating in the Venice Internationals. In his artistic production he has shown a particular interest in modeled plastic values, which have been made even softer by a light pictorialism capable of merging everything with the surrounding atmosphere. Furthermore, the subject appeared clear and hyper-realistic thanks to the desire to bring such sensitive data onto the canvas. Graziani adopted a technique similar to that used by Flemish painting. The artist died in Gavirate in 1981.
