Nathalie Grenon Biography
Born in Canada, with a childhood spent on four continents, she acquired an international background. After having completed his studies in Brussels (Bachelor's Degree in Architecture), Montreal and Boston (Master's in Urban Planning) and Rome (with a scholarship for the specialization course "Monumental Restoration/Historic Centers" ICCROM/UNESCO Institute) and having gained experience in cinema and theater as a set designer and as an architect in Boston, Montreal and New York, she settled in Italy (registered as an architect in the registers of Siena, Paris and Montreal). Since 1984, she has been associated with Piero Sartogo, with studios in Rome and New York. The great ability to interpret, in projects, the cultural identity, the genius loci, both in the city and in the countryside, has consolidated their international fame. Their architectures are unique pieces with a strong image, inseparable from the context due to the meticulous choice of materials, the careful scansion and dimension of the spaces, the use of advanced technologies in both design and construction.
