Giuseppe Jacchini was born on 3 June 1909 in Milan, the city where he currently resides and carries out his artistic activity. He received academic training at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts. In addition to being a painter, Jacchini also stands out as a fresco artist and set designer. Jacchini has participated in numerous participations in prestigious national and international exhibitions. Among the most significant are the Rome Quadrennial of 1951, the Venice Biennale of 1950, as well as various exhibitions in Bergamo, Suzzara, Milan and Florence. He won the Giglio d'Oro Award, obtained in 1959 in Florence, thanks to his painting "The ferry on the Po".
