Ubald Klug began his career as an interior designer at various architectural firms in Zurich and Helsinki. Subsequently, in 1958 he moved to Paris, where he had the opportunity to meet the sculptor François Stahly and the architect Jean Prouvé, who had a profound influence on his professional training. In 1972, Klug started his own business as a freelancer, specializing mainly in interior architecture for showrooms, shops and restaurants, as well as furniture design.
