Luigi Lanza (1860 - after 1913) was an Italian painter, brother of the painter Giovanni Lanza. He studied at the Academy of Venice and dedicated himself to oil painting of lagoon landscapes and perspective views. Present at the exhibitions from 1881, he sent his works to Turin (1884, Rivo Ca' Bernardo in Venice), Florence (1887, Fondamenta S. Girolamo, Fondamenta della Misericordia; 1888), Venice (1887, Laguna; 1897, Interior of the Basilica of S. Marco), Milan (1889, Apse of the Frari church and School of S. Rocco), Genoa (1913). In 1888 he exhibited the painting I Frari at the Italian Art Exhibition in London.
