Adele Lotito is a painter born in Rome in 1950. She obtained a diploma from the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome. Throughout the 1990s, his painterly work focused on the use of candle smoke, which he used to create works on aluminum surfaces. In this period, he developed a strong passion for Yves Klein and his conceptual impalpability that does not reject form. In recent years, Adele Lotito has enriched the texture of smoke with lines of letters and numbers to create works that combine a purified conceptual horizon with a lyricism that denies any rhetoric.
