Italo Lupi, born in Cagliari in 1934, graduated in Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan. Italian member of AGI (Alliance Graphique Internationale) and HonRDI (Honorary Designer). For six years art director of DOMUS and IBM magazine, he is now managing director and art director of ABITARE. Author of editorial graphics projects, installations for exhibitions, museums and scenography. In charge (with the architects Migliore+Servetto) of the Look of the City for the Turin 2006 Olympic Games. He received the Compasso d'Oro award in 1998 for Graphic Design and the Pen Club/Fedrigoni award for the best editorial graphics in 2001 .
