Luxoro Alfredo was born in Genoa in 1859 as the son of Tammar. He studied at the Accademia Ligustica in Genoa and took part in the Florentine Exhibition of 1877. His landscape paintings, which reflected his father's pictorial style but were also strongly influenced by the principles of the Rivara School, often demonstrated a detailed description of the surrounding reality . In addition to having tried his hand at portrait painting, he also experimented with fresco painting. Upon his father's death in 1899, Luxoro assumed the role of director of the Ligustica Landscape School. Alfredo Luxoro died in 1918.
