Paolo Maggis is an Italian artist who works mainly in the field of painting. Born in Milan, Italy on 29 December 1978. He grew up in Vimercate, in the province of Milan and then moved to the Lombard capital in 2000. Between 1996 and 2000 he studied at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, attending a painting course with the professor and artist Beppe De Valle. After completing his studies he began his exhibition career. In 2004 he married Claudia Praderio. Eleven years later their son Samuel was born. In 2005 he moved to Berlin (Germany) until the beginning of 2008 when he moved to Barcelona where he still lives and works.
