Mauro Maletti (1946 - ), born in 1946, restorer of ancient paintings by profession, former teacher of drawing and art history, has always been passionate about cinema and photography. He shoots apparently normal subjects, things and people found on the street, but thanks to careful, intelligent and meticulous observation, he captures their profound meaning. And not only that, because in addition to transmitting "the essential invisible to the eyes", it stimulates the intellectual faculties of the spectator called upon to understand the emotion he wants to convey with a photographic shot. In 2022 his photographic paintings were exhibited at the Grida gallery, in Jesi.
