Mancini Antonio (Rome, 1852 - Rome, 1930) At the age of twelve he entered the Academy of Naples where he was a pupil of Morelli and Palizzi. Having moved to Paris, he met Degas and Manet and exhibited in the most important salons. A realist painter dedicated to portraits and genre scenes, he had enormous success. His works are preserved in the Hague Museum and in many national and French collections.
