Maurice Martiné, born in 1918, dedicated over fifty years to the planning of Laguna Beach, California. Internationally recognized for his award-winning furniture designs of the 1940s and 1950s, he achieved great things in his career. He worked closely with renowned architects, including A Quincy Jones and William Cody, who chose him for his expertise and creativity. Despite this, Martiné's work remains relatively little known and examples of his work are extremely limited.
